By using the Iteratio mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in some EU countries).

## 2. Description of Service

Iteratio is a habit tracking application that allows you to create habits, track their completion, view statistics, and receive reminders. The App is available in a free version (limited features) and a premium version (with subscription).

## 3. Account and Registration

By using the App, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and current information during registration

- Be responsible for securing your account credentials

- Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the App for illegal purposes

- Attempt unauthorized access to App systems or data

- Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code

- Disrupt or damage the operation of the App

- Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission

## 5. Intellectual Property

All App content, including design, code, graphics, icons, and text, is protected by copyright and is the property of Iteratio. Without our express written consent, you may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App.

## 6. Subscriptions and Payments

- The free version is limited to 3 habits

- Premium subscription unlocks unlimited habits, cloud sync, and additional features

- Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Refunds are governed by the respective App Store policies

## 7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Iteratio is a tool for self-organization and does not guarantee specific life results or health improvements. We are not liable for:

- Data loss resulting from device failure, App bugs, or loss of account access

- Service interruptions or server unavailability

- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

## 8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the App settings. Upon account deletion, all your personal progress data will be permanently removed from our servers.

## 9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
